What information does ATR collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our Site.
When registering on our Site you may be asked to enter your name, company name, what city and state you are from and/or your e-mail address. You may, however, visit our Site anonymously.
What does ATR use your information for?
ATR receives and stores the information you enter on our Site or provide us in any other way. ATR uses the information to respond to your requests, communicate with you and improve our services and your experience on the Site. When you register, you are automatically signed up on our email list. You may at any time request removal or remove yourself automatically by using the contact us page. You may also send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
ATR may receive confirmation when you open email from ATR if your computer supports such capabilities. Please note that email is not encrypted, and therefore NOT a secure means of transmitting credit card information. ATR will NEVER request sensitive information over e-mail. If you do not want to receive email or other mail from us, please contact us at email@example.com and we will promptly remove you from our mailing lists.
Does ATR disclose any information to outside parties?
ATR does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our Site, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. ATR is in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). ATR does not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age and the Site and services are directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
